To install and uninstall the JobScore Google Workspace Marketplace app (the Google account app) you will need to:
- Be a user in JobScore with the owner or admin access level
- Be a super administrator in your company's Google Workspace account
- Create an integration user if you wish to maintain a shared recruiting calendar
We recommend completing these steps outside normal business hours so your coworkers don't experience a service interruption.
Step 1
Log into JobScore and visit the Integrations > Google Calendar page and click to remove the integration:

Navigate to the JobScore app in the Google admin console and click to uninstall the JobScore app:

Once you've successfully uninstalled the app, navigate to the JobScore Google Marketplace app listing and click "Admin Install":

Once the marketplace app is installed, return to JobScore and visit the Integrations > Google Calendar page and click the "Activate" button:
In the dialogue that appears choose the "Connect Your Entire Team | Account App" option:
Then complete all 4 steps of the installation wizard to configure SSO, email synchronization, interview scheduling, and video conferencing options.
Once you complete the wizard, the account will be up to date and users can begin taking advantage of these features.
