Where did my candidates go? I can't find them!

No need to panic...bet we know what happened. These steps should bring back your candidates (they never really went anywhere):

1. Visit "Candidate Manager" or just click Candidates which takes you to the "Candidate Manager."
2. Click "By Job" tab.
3. Click  .
4. Using the filter options including Job, Status, Source and Score, confirm and/or select the criteria that will bring back the desired candidates.
5. Click Apply Filter.

What may have happened is that "Candidate Manager" remembers which tab you last visited. So, if you went to say "Search," then you went somewhere else in JobScore, when you click "Candidates" again, you would be taken back to "Search" and wondering where your candidates went. Glad we could find them for you!
