The Search Firm Inbox is a JobScore Enterprise feature that makes it easy to collaborate with and manage third party recruiting agencies. It has several benefits:
- Agencies can submit candidates for jobs by just sending an email that adds the candidate directly to your account, eliminating the need for you to perform manual data entry.
- Agencies must be assigned to jobs to submit candidates through the Search Firm Inbox. That means you won't end up paying a fee unless you specifically ask a search firm to work on a job.
- The Search Firm Inbox minimizes candidate ownership disputes by checking all resume submissions for duplicates. This ensures that you don't pay a fee for the resume of a person you've already considered.
- Finally, the Search Firm Inbox makes it easy to reliably track search firm performance over time.
