Please make cover letters downloadable. It's time consuming to have to copy and paste cover letter text into Word documents when distributing them to hiring team members.

When distributing cover letters and resumes to hiring managers, we would suggest using the "Forward Candidate" function. When you forward a candidate to another user, it includes the cover letter and resume.
