is there a way we can track these options as we may be losing a large percentage of potential applicants without even knowing it. also maybe an internal trigger to ask us after we hire a great candidate, annual salary offered, so we can track the range of that role for compensation purposes.(we can go so deep into that well)
Good idea. We don't provide metrics on the job application process at this time. If you would like to track this, however, you can add your company's google analytics tracker ID to your account to gather this information and track it. We also support shortening your job application form, which consistently improves application completion dates.
