Can we program a work flow notification for when a candidate gets hired? For onboarding purposes I need to know when a candidate has been changed to hired in JobScore but I may not necessarily been part of their screening/process.

Julie Olivarri Dan, that would work. There are internal people that need to know of new hires that are not part of the recruiting process so being able to select who needs to be notified would be ideal.

Our current plan is to set it up so people who fill out the hire form can choose who they want to notify by email of the new hire - which will send an email with details about the candidate.
