It would be good to be able to categorise a candidate as no longer available if they have pulled out of the selection process because they accepted another job. It would help for future reference as "declined" assumes that they have previously been rejected which may mean they get over looked for future positions.
Great point. We plan on adding this as a Withdrawn status that is a sub-status of declined. i.e. candidates will be marked as "Candidate Withrdrawln" or "Company Declined"

Hello, I'm also looking for a NO LONGER AVAILABLE option.
In our UX we refer to no longer available as a sub-set of "withdrawn" - if you'd like you can create a disposition code for this, which would effectively be a withdrawn substatus.
