In the notes in the info FAQ area it mentions that you are working on a interface that an approved agency could use to enter candidates.

How far away is that...and if you need a beta site let me know.

The agency interface (called the search firm inbox) has been in beta for some time.  Please contact support@jobscore.com if you'd like to participate.

    Hi Jim,

I assume you mean a dedicated / seperate interface whereby JobScore employers can invite agencies to add resumes directly to their pipeline...

This remains one of our most frequently requested features, and I hope to see others voice that they want this and have some debate / dialog about how this works in this space.

At this time it's not on our immediate-term roadmap, but I hope to get to this before the year is out.

Specifics about what you like / don't like about other systems would be great!

    Thanks again for your contribution,

    Dan

PS: As a former agency and in-house recruiter I want this too - and am voting for it!

It would be great to have a basic Agency Option on the main "Apply to this job" page.  Such as- perhaps the employer sets up "source" fields for each agency they are authorizing to submit resumes to them.

They can go to the job on the website, click apply to this job.

Upload the resume, and for the source select their agency.  When their agency is selected either no password or "login" email is required, OR... the agency enters a given "candidate side" login that will be the same and work for every candidate they enter.

That would then eliminate the need for a whole other interface.

We are working with several agencies in India and our company does not want to grant them access to an internal system.  If they submit externally now, then they need to create a login and email for every candidate they submit which is not workable.

But- if there is something that can be selected that either eliminates the login requirement, or give them a login that will be the same and work whenever they upload a candidate, that would be great.

My vote for this feature as well - by the end of 2011 would be great :)

    Hey Mark,

This feature is actually specced and it the roadmap, we've just chosen to prioritize more frequently-used features like email and note templates, calendar integrations, etc.

We should get to it soon and it will likely be part of a paid plan.

Please strongly consider adding this capability.  A recruiter's job is flooded with so many administrative steps and uploading agency-submitted resumes into the system is yet another time-consuming task that could be eliminated if this feature were to be added.

This is a huge time sink for us as well. I would love to be able to give a specific link or email address to a recruiter that they could use to add resumes and they would automatically be linked to the recruiters source id.

Something very lightweight would be a great first step. An entire recruiter portal where they can check status and so forth is not needed right out of the gate.

The search firm interface has been in beta (and stable) for some time.  We plan on having it go out in general release soon.  If you'd like it activated in your account right now, please contact support@jobscore.com
