The main thing I need that would make this solution usable is some way of tracking skills. I would use this to manage contract trainers. I need to be able track which products each trainer can train on.

I also would like to be able to add custom fields such as "Daily rate".

    Hi Sterling,

We hear you on the need for "tags" in JobScore.  It's been on the roadmap for some time and we'd love to see more discussion (and voting) for how people want to use tags (custom fields) in JobScore.

In the interim, there is a workaround.  We have robust search functionality and you can search candidate records _only _by notes.

As long as you enter your information in a standardized way, you can search through your account "in notes only" and find people - i.e. as long as you write the words "trainer" "rate" and "$50" in a note, you can type that into the search box and find the people with those words.

I hope this helps and please don't hesitate to email us if this prompts additional questions.

Here's a screenshot of what I'm referring to on the Candidates / Search page:

    Hi Sterling,

We are now planning to add tags to Jobscore. (we're up the air on whether we call them tags or folders and a few other things)
