Dan Arkind Hey Andrew, we don't have self-service uploading (yet). For now you can email us resumes to bulk-import and we'll do it behind the scenes. Instructions on how to do that are here:
If there are specific things the community would like in a self-service bulk loading tool, we'd love to see them outlined here.

Om Deshpande Two ways we can look at this:
Bulk uploading resume documents that can be 'keyword searched'.
Importing an Excel sheet that helps the ATS capture name, email and phone fields.
Either of the above would be fine with us.
We really need some form of bulk upload feature, as our sourcers find may candidates through research. Currently we maintain info on such candidates on excel sheets, because, it is extremely tedious to each candidate manually.

Dan Arkind We now support bulk-loading-and-parsing by sending email to the resume inbox and using the /bulk command. Details here:
