Merge Candidate Files

Is it possible to merge duplicate candidate files? For consistency i'd like all of the notes on candidates to remain under one file to avoid confusion.

    Very important to have this as there doesn't seem to be an email identification feature to prevent duplication, so we get candidates applying and notes all over the place.  When you 'add candidate' it's good about noticing potential dupes but not apparently when the candidate applies, so if we add a candidate, then they apply on their own later, there are two files, sets of notes, etc.  Any way to prioritize this?

    This is a super important feature for us. I've found quite a few duplicates in our system and it makes keeping track of notes very difficult. It can be time consuming (and makes us look disorganized) when more than one person reaches out to the same candidate without knowing someone else from the company has already spoken with them!!!!

    Merge Candidate Cards: ATS users can now merge duplicate candidates. This will transfer all notes, tasks, emails and documents from the loser to the the winner of the merge. Contact, education and job information from the loser will be preserved on the candidate merged event. The loser can only be a candidate that was entered by an ATS user (i.e. that haven't applied directly through JobScore), and the loser will be deleted when the merge is complete. This new option is available at the Edit Candidate Contact details, on the top-right.
