In addition to having the ability to upload a resume, it would be so helpful to have an on-line job application form for applicants to fill out as well.

JobScore does collect online applications! Do you need job seekers to fill out even more than what JobScore collects? Some of our customers email separate forms to candidates *after* they complete their jobscore application which asks them for additional details.

In our job application customization update we plan on allowing you to ask users to upload custom documents, including long-form job applications.
