For example....i want the manager to review a resume but I also want to ask him a question or give him some more info. I can't do that on the Task but, rather, have to open a note which I'm not sure he will look at or send him an email.

Tasks and Notes are not mutually exclusive. Definitely need to add a field in the Task to write a message.

    Hi Beth,

Thanks for your note.  We recommend that you don't use tasks for what you are suggesting.  Try using the forward candidate feature.  Tasks are more for scheduling appointments, not resume review.

Standard practice is to use forward candidate (which will send all of the relevant information) and type in your notes & questions you want to ask to the manager.

The text you type up will be added as a note on the candidate's record when you hit forward.

The manager, when they recieve the forward candidate alert, will be able to easily click to reply - and everything will be captured in JobScore.

Tasks do include a custom text field (where you can type whatever you want) - the subject field.

If neither of these suggestions solve your problem, please contact support@jobscore.com and we'll see what we can do to help out.

Added an instructions area to note templates as well as a description area to tasks.
