It would be very useful to have a "like" or star feature, as a visual cue for great candidates for future reqs. We have those great little icons for links to candidates' online presences now...can we also do a gold start (or medal) for people to keep in mind?

We've heard from a number of customers asking to "star" candidates, which we have mixed feelings about.
In this case, when we roll out free-form tagging ... would this solve your problem? i.e. you could create a tag for "future recruit" (as well as any other one you wanted)

It would be great to add on a Tagging Feature because as of now there's not way to search for candidates by a specific criteria they were entered into. It would be helpful for the future if we're able to tag them.

Petra Pino Glad that something will happen with this!
I would personally like to have a system like Google Mail has - where you have stars (and other icons) that can be colored differently. I use those for prioritization. Oh, it would be nice to do that in JS!
