I would like to do one or all of the following:

1.

Include an additional attachment when forwarding a resume

2.

Attach multiple documents and select which to include with forwarding the resume

3.

Forward a note with an attachment 

4.

Include a questionnaire template that will forward with the resume

 

We do questionnaires for many of our roles and I cannot figure out a way to send everything at one time when forwarding the resumes to the hiring managers. Also, I would like to be able to forward a note to my coordinator for her to include late-breaking information in a calendar invitation.

These issues aren't urgent, but I find myself running into this often so thought I'd mention it. I searched the FAQ and Idea forums and didn't see this topic; If there is a workaround that I haven't thought of, please let me know!

  Hey Lesa,

  I think we've gotten most of this done for you.

  1. you can include additional attachments when forwarding resumes

  2. you can include multiple attachments

  3. when you create notes you can include attachments, and you can choose on a person-by-person basis who to forward the note to.

  4. we haven't built questionnaires but instead built a feature called "ratings" which is about to come out of beta.  if you aren't using ratings yet, please ask support@jobscore.com to activate them for you.
