Stop sending note alerts for candidates that are marked withdrawn or declined

We are receiving notes on candidates that are active on other roles even though they are no longer active on the roles where we are on the hiring team. There are problems with recruiters and hiring managers continuing to receive note alerts even after declining or withdrawing candidates for jobs where they are on the hiring team.

Can you please tell us how to avoid these alerts without removing the recruiter or hiring manager from the hiring team.

    Hey Greg,

    This was recently re-reported and is scheduled to be fixed up  We wrote up the user story as: "When adding a note to a candidate who is assigned and active on multiple jobs, note alert should only be sent to users on hiring team associated with the active / selected job."
