We actively use calendar and were hoping you could help us out.
We've "gotten religion" about using calendar, notes and ratings to get everyone to add feedback. Most people do a great job of adding feedback from their mobile device after interviews. That said, I have a few folks who usually only get around to it after I bother them a few times to get their notes in.
It would be great if JobScore could take care of this for me. I'd love it if I could set it up so that if someone hadn't added notes after a scheduled interview, JobScore would send them an email (or text message?) that reminds them to do so.
It would be even better if I could schedule multiple of these - for instance, if they haven't added feedback after an interview ping them 2 hours later, 6 hours later, 24 hours later and 48 hours later.
Yes, we are a little OCD about our feedback, but this would really help us get better at recruiting.
