But the functionality is so abismal. I wish I could page through my applicants on my phone but... It's like I'm not even logged in as an employer...it actually says "guest" in the URL. I just got so hype about Jobscore on mobile but then so disappointed because as nice as the interface and social integration is, the functionality is so limited.

Dan Arkind Hi Jennifer, sorry for the "pump fake." and thanks for writing in.
You right on that our mobile user experience only supports limited functionality today. We focused on two things:
- What an interviewer would need to review a candidate's background and complete an interview on-the-go and
- What you'd need to share a job and refer someone for a job
The good news is that we've begun to work on a design for a more full-featured mobile experience to review and disposition candidates. It's still early and we're looking to hear more from employers about what they need to do on their smartphones.

Aimee Levens I'll agree with Jennifer - the job postings look lovely on mobile, but the functionality to view and move candidates through the workflow, etc., is sadly lacking and not intuitive. As a consultant, I have set many, many of my clients up on Jobscore in tech and many of us, including myself, are working on the go and not at a 'desk' per se, but would love to still respond and disposition candidates rather than wait til we're back in front of a laptop.
Looking forward to new and improved version!! Ever think about having longtime recruiter users test these suggestions out, to go beyond just getting ideas at the start?
