Allow candidates to select recruiter screening times on their own

Is there a way candidates can select their screen time by integrating your outlook calendar instead of the back and forth to schedule a phone screen?

    Hi Kendra - not that's built into JobScore right now.  Do you use another tool (like calend.ly or youcanbookme.com) to do this now.  This has come up frequently and is something we are looking into!  Would love to see this discussed and voted up here.

    I have used calendly in the past. Greenhouse has this capability and has saved at lot of time.

    This is a feature I would also love to see. 

    We currently use TimeTap to schedule Interviews.  We set times that interviewers are available and the candidates have the option of selecting open slots within the set availability.  After I screen the resume I send the candidate an email to select an interview time on a given date.  The candidate does it all himself.  It saves me a tremendous amount of time.  I would love to see a feature like this built in.  In addition, TimeTap also has auto reminders sent to the candidates built on customized email templates as if they were coming from me.  It is wonderful, except for the fact that I have to go to an external site to see all the interview information and communications.  It's a huge disconnect.  I want everything in one place.

    Hopefully, you'll be able to find a way to integrate a similar feature.

    I failed to mention that TimeTap also integrates with Google Calendar so the interviewers have the info on their calendars.  I'm not sure about Outlook but it may also be an option.
