Add preferred contact time under the contact information, this can be timeframes such as [morning, afternoon, evening or anytime] or [8am-11:30am, 11:30am-2:30pm, 2:30pm-5pm or anytime]. This will better assist with contacting candidates for phone screenings. Potentially lessening the amount of voicemails and waiting on candidates to return your call.

    We actually have "preferred contact time" for candidates in JobScore.  If you edit the candidate it's in the additional information section (below education).
