After entering notes on a candidate I frequently wish there was an in between option, so not just thumbs up thumbs down. I sometime was an in between if i'm on the fence. thank you!

Thanks for the feedback Angie. The thumbs up/thumbs down option is purposefully designed to prevent users from 'sitting on the fence'. When it comes to hiring we often have to make that tough decision. Do we move forward with the candidate or do we move on?

If you feel you need an in-between option we do give you the ability to use a number rating system instead of the thumbs up/thumbs down approach. Users type in a precise number between 1.0 and 4.0, which represent the following ratings: 1.0 to 1.4 = Definitely No, 1.5 to 2.4 = No, 2.5 to 3.4 = Yes, and 3.5 to 4.0 = Absolutely.

To change the Candidate Ratings from icons to numbers visit https://hire.jobscore.com/employer/candidate_ratings

In the Rating Type section click EDIT and you'll see you can choose to use numbers.
