We have some many clients with unique requirements. I use the drop down multiple choices but I would like to have one that is blank. Right now I have to use a -, but it doesn't look nice on the offer letter.

Jesse Papocchia Official comment Hi Christina, rather than use a Multiple Choice field type try a Section type field. The Section type supports 'skip' so you don't need to make a selection.
