It would be ideal to set up interview templates with standard rating scales etc, so you could just customize the interview questions to the role but have company-wide ratings.

Just to be clear, this is the request for an option for each template to "copy" it in the action column (in addition to edit and delete). Functionally this will be the same as the "Add Template" option at the bottom of the table, you'll just have the values from one of the existing templates pre-populated in the form (so you don't have to copy-and-paste them from an existing template)
Is that right?
