Why is a candidate showing up more than once in the Candidate Manager?

When a candidate is assigned to two or more jobs, he will show up once for each job assignment in the default view of the "Candidate Manager". This often happens when a candidate visits your Careers Site and applies for more than one job. Refining the filter on this page so that you have only one job selected will allow you to see only those candidates assigned to that job.
