What is the difference between an account candidate and a network candidate?

So, here's the difference between the two:

• Account candidates are candidates in your account who are not assigned to the job you selected in the filter.
  Filtering by "Account Candidates" is a good way to discover people who could be good prospects for an open job.
• Network candidates are people in the JobScore Network. You'd need to spend credits to contact "Network Candidates."

** When filtering "Recommended Candidates," you can choose to see "Account Candidates," "Network Candidates" or both.  To get to this filter, you go Candidates > click Recommendations tab > click Refine Filter.
