What is the difference between an account candidate and a network candidate?

When you click on the recommendations tab on a job you can see account candidates and network candidates matched for the job.

Account Candidates

  • Are in your account and are NOT currently assigned to the job you are viewing.
  • Include people who applied for another job or someone from your team added to JobScore.
  • There’s no cost to contact them, you are really just rediscovering them for a new role.

Network Candidates

  • Are candidates from our shared resume database (the JobScore Network) that are not currently in your account.
  • Include people who applied and were not hired for jobs at other JobScore employers who expressed interest in being recommended for other jobs like yours.
  • You'll need to spend credits to purchase Network Candidates. When you purchase a Network Candidate they are added to your account.
