What are score details? How do they work?

Score details show exactly why a candidate received a specific overall match score. You can access score details by clicking on any score you see in JobScore.

Score details show a breakdown of what criteria were used to generate the overall match score.

JobScore shows whether each scoring criteria is a match (GREEN), a partial match (BLUE), no match (RED) or no data (GRAY) for the candidate. You can also see the importance set for each criteria on a 0-100 point scale.
