I'm marking a job as Filled, Closed, or On Hold and I'd like to inform the candidates. What's the best way to do that?

Candidates are not automatically notified when a job is marked as Filled, Closed or On Hold. But there is an easy way to notify users that a job has been filled or closed.

Here's how you do it:

1. Click on the Candidate tab
2. Click on the Refine Filter button
3. In Refine Filter select the Job, Stage, Show 100 Candidates, Apply Filter
4. Check the multi-select box on the grey title bar (see the screenshot)
5. Click the Change Stage box and select which email you would like to send out in bulk (see the screenshot)
