Yes, you can email candidates through JobScore.
The best way to email a candidate is while making a stage change to move the candidate through your pipeline. There are a few basic emails already associated with your candidate workflow including: Schedule Recruiter Screen, Schedule Phone Interview, or Standard Decline to name a few.
The below screenshot shows an example of sending an email that is connected to a workflow stage:
You'll notice there are two options for many emails that are connected with a stage change:
- Customize
- Auto-send
By selecting customize you'll be taken to the Candidate Action page where you can personalize the message you are sending to the candidate.
Selecting Auto-send will do just that, send the email automatically allowing you to save time and continue reviewing other candidates.
There are two other ways to send an email to the candidate. From the 3 dot action menu on the Candidate Manager page select Email Candidate. This will take you to the Candidate Action page where you can choose a specific email template or begin with a blank email.
The final way to email a candidate is directly from the candidate record. While viewing a candidate click the envelope icon in the upper right of your screen to email a candidate.
JobScore stores a copy of every email you send. All emails are all accessible by everyone (there are no private emails) and you can find them by clicking on a candidate and then into their "emails" tab.

When you email candidates through JobScore the responses will be sent to the user you select in the "from field" and candidates' responses won't be automatically captured in JobScore (unless email sync is enabled) - they'll come to that person directly.
