Users with the Standard, Extended, Admin and Owner access level can search notes. Here’s how:
- Start by clicking "Candidates" in the navigation. This will take you to the Candidate Manager page.
- Next, click the All Filters icon on the right side of the page as shown:
- Check the "Search by Keywords" card to open it. Type your query in the “Notes” input. Then click the green filter button:
A snippet of matching results with highlighted text will be shown on the candidate manager page:
JobScore only searches Candidate Notes in your account, it does not search Job Notes.
Users on the standard access level are only shown candidate records they can access.
