Can I create more than one Decline Email Template?

The JobScore LITE and START plans include one "standard" decline email template. This template can be edited by any user with owner or admin access in your account.

If you want to create more than one email template you'll need to upgrade to the JobScore SCALE or Enterprise Plan. When you do, you'll be able to create as many custom email templates as you like.

The SCALE and Enterprise templates upgrade makes it easy to improve your candidate experience by creating multiple templates to gracefully say "thanks but no thanks" in the appropriate way at the appropriate time.

For instance, you can create a custom decline template for candidates that came from different sources (job board, social network, search firm, referral) or for candidates who reach different stages of the process (post-recruiter screen, post-phone interview, post-onsite interview).

If you find yourself frequently customizing emails over and over this upgrade will help you save you many hours each month... or if you aren't sending thank you notes at all (tsk-tsk!) the templates upgrade makes it a breeze to improve your candidate experience.

Only Owners and Admins can add, edit, or delete decline email templates, but everyone can use them.
