What are candidate recommendations? Where can I see them?

JobScore doesn’t just calculate scores for people who apply for your jobs. JobScore calculates a score for every candidate in your account and every candidate in the JobScore Network. The best candidates from each place are collectively referred to as candidate recommendations.

To see recommended candidates for a job, visit the job page and click on the recommendations tab.

  • Click the “Account Candidates Only” filter to rediscover candidates in your account that are not being considered. Like a candidate? Click to assign them to a job.
  • Click the “Network Candidates Only” filter to see candidates from the JobScore Network you can contact. Like a candidate? Click to use credits to access their full profile. If they don’t look good click remove to help train JobScore what you are looking for and not see them again for the job.

JobScore makes candidate recommendations for specific jobs based on scoring criteria that you control.
