How do I ask search firms to submit candidates?

Start by assigning a search firm to a job.  But assigning them is just the first step. You need to send each search firm a "request candidates" email that prompts them to submit candidates and includes instructions on how to do so. Here's how it works:

Request candidates from the job page

  1. Start by clicking on Jobs in the primary navigation
  2. Scroll down to the Open Job that you would like to assign a search firm to and click on recruiters link in the activity column
  3. Click the "Request Candidates" link in the action column for the search firm or click the button to request candidates from all search firms at the bottom of the page
  4. Review the email and click send

Request candidates from the search firm page
