Start by assigning a search firm to a job. But assigning them is just the first step. You need to send each search firm a "request candidates" email that prompts them to submit candidates and includes instructions on how to do so. Here's how it works:
Request candidates from the job page
- Start by clicking on Jobs in the primary navigation
- Scroll down to the Open Job that you would like to assign a search firm to and click on recruiters link in the activity column
- Click the "Request Candidates" link in the action column for the search firm or click the button to request candidates from all search firms at the bottom of the page
- Review the email and click send

- Hover over Admin in the primary navigation and select Search Firms from the list
- Click on the name of the Search Firm you’d like to request candidates from
- Click the "Request Candidates" link in the action column for the job
- Review the email and click send
Request frequency
You can re-send the request candidates email as often as you like. If you reach a point in a search where you really need more pipeline just click request candidates a second or third time to ask for more help.

Search Firm: Request Candidates is a standard email template in JobScore for all accounts.
This unique email template includes includes a copy of your job description, instructions for search firms on how to submit candidates (by replying to the email) as well as customizable text about what information you'd like the search firm to include in their submissions. (salary, visa status, career motivations etc)
