The Checkr integration lets you purchase and kick off background checks from JobScore. Once you connect your Checkr account you’ll be able to see and choose the nodes and Checkr packages you configured:
After you buy a package, Checkr will send a link to candidates asking them to enter the necessary information to start the background check. You can track progress in JobScore on the actions tab of the candidate’s record:
When the background check is complete Checkr will notify you directly. A link to view the results will also be shown on the actions tab of the candidate’s record:
You can add Checkr packages to your JobScore workflow so it’s crystal clear what’s supposed to happen when:
If you adjust your packages in your Checkr account it will take a while to synchronize them. To instantly re-synchronize everything, click the postfix on the control select your Checkr package:

Data exchanged with Checkr
JobScore sends Checkr the selected package, work location, candidate’s name, and email. JobScore does not store any information that candidates enter into Checkr, or processed background check results. Users must navigate to Checkr to see this sensitive information.
How to activate the Checkr integration
The CheckR integration can be used on all JobScore plans. Only Checkr users with admin access can connect the integration. Users with the owner and admin access level in JobScore can turn on the integration by visiting the CheckR integration page and clicking the “Activate” button:
