How do I use The Predictive Index assessment integration?

The Predictive Index integration allows you to start and send tests from JobScore.  Once you connect your Predictive Index account you’ll be able to select a test:

When you select a test, The Predictive Index will send a link to candidates asking them to take the test.  You can track progress in JobScore on the actions tab of the candidate’s record:

When the test is complete The Predictive Index will send notifications based on the assessment link's settings. A link to view the results and candidate profile in Predictive Index will be shown on the actions tab of the candidate’s record:

You can also add The Predictive Index tests to your JobScore workflow so it’s crystal clear what’s supposed to happen when:

If you adjust your jobs in your The Predictive Index account it will take a while to synchronize them. To instantly re-synchronize click the synchronize button where you select your assessment platform:

Data exchanged with The Predictive Index

JobScore sends The Predictive Index the selected test, job, candidate’s name, and candidate’s email.  JobScore does not store any information that candidates enter into Predictive Index.  Users must navigate to Predictive Index to see test results and sensitive information.

How to activate the The Predictive Index integration

The Predictive Index integration can be used on all JobScore plans.  Only the company admin in your The Predictive Index account can connect the integration.  Users with the owner and admin access level in JobScore can turn on the integration by visiting The Predictive Index integration page in JobScore and clicking the “Activate” button:
