When JobScore sends your jobs to Indeed, the Indeed Apply integration lets candidates apply with the profile they have saved on Indeed. Everything they submit including their resume, cover letter, and answers will appear in JobScore. JobScore also shares each Indeed Apply candidate's workflow stage with Indeed, which Indeed uses to get better at matching candidates to your jobs.
Indeed Apply is on by default in every JobScore account. It's free on every JobScore plan. Job application integrations can't be turned on for jobs that require FETO compliance.
How to turn Indeed Apply on or off for all jobs
Users with the Owner or Admin access levels can change this setting. Visit the Integrations > Job Application Methods page, click ON or OFF next to Indeed Apply, and click Update:
JobScore then asks whether you want to apply the change to your current open jobs. Jobs you add will follow the change either way.
How to turn Indeed Apply on or off for individual jobs
Find the job you want to change and click to edit it. On the edit job page scroll down to the Job Application Integrations card then click ON or OFF for Indeed Apply:
What candidates see when they apply on Indeed
Candidates see an Apply now button on your job on Indeed:
When candidates click Apply now, Indeed fills in the application using their Indeed profile data whenever possible:
This makes it much easier for candidates to apply. Indeed's form differs from your job's application form in one way: the source question is not shown, because JobScore records the source for you based on whether or not the candidate is applying to a sponsored job.
