I would like to please request that a 3 day email delay be added. The reason why this is important is because I often interview candidates on Friday and would like their Decline email to be sent on Monday, so that way the news doesn't put a damper on their weekend.

You can choose to delay any candidate email sent through JobScore. We don't have a 3 day option specifically, but do have a 4 day option - will that work?
This can be controlled in the second field of the send email area on the candidate action page which is called "deliver." This is also an attribute of email templates - so you can make it so that autosend emails go out hours or days later.
