It would be nice to be able to bulk-extract resumes out without terminating.

Dan Arkind Hi Thomas,
Please email support with what you'd like extracted and why.

Thomas Ta Hi Dan,
I don't want to extract anything at the moment. I actually really like this product so far. I just thought it would be nice to have the ability to do resume extractions without having to terminate/cancel my account for backup and offline access reasons.
I read I can fill out a support ticket but I wouldn't want to bother your support team every quarter or so with a bulk extraction.

Dan Arkind Self-service extraction is something we are unlikely to do anytime soon. Mostly it's because it would be too easy for departing (potentially embittered or unethical) employees to steal information.
We have internal tools to do this and it's not that hard, feel free to ask anytime you want us to do a data pull, or let us know if you'd like more details on our own backup / data failover procedures.

Thomas Ta That's true----> "Self-service extraction is something we are unlikely to do anytime soon. Mostly it's because it would be too easy for departing (potentially embittered or unethical) employees to steal information. "
IMO, only the admin should be able to have the functionality of extracting resumes--self-service or not.
No details needed on the JS backup/data procedures. Thanks again Dan!

Dan Arkind Yeah, the trick is in some of our accounts there are a lot of admins :)
Happy hiring,
