Need a Withdrawn / Declined Offer option

If a candidate doesn't accept an offer, we need a way to track that in their status.Thank you!

    Hi Tracy,

    Great comment - and something that's on the near term roadmap.  We will be creating a primary status called "Withdrawn" - i.e. the candidate chose not to continue... vs. declined which is "we/the company chose not to continue"

    The newly added "withdrawn" status should cover this.  If a candidate doesn't accept an offer, simply mark them as withdrawn.  You can see how many candidates were moved from the offer status to the withdrawn status on the (premium) funnel report.
