I'd like to suggest tracking the source of individual applications, versus always populating the source field with the applicants original source. I'd like to know where each application is coming from, not necessarily where a candidate came from the first time they applied.

    Hey Bruce,

    this is just one of those decisions - we decided to credit the ORIGINAL source to avoid conflicts... and we're assuming you are doing a fantasitc job using your searchable resume database when opening new jobs :)

    it also makes reporting more accurate - otherwise you'd end up with candidates being counted more than once.

    I agree with Bruce although I understand your logic, Dan.  But I want to be able to evaluate where to put my investment dollars and focus and it's good to know exactly where the individual came from to apply for the position at hand.
