add candidate to multiple jobs OR create tearsheets/folders

hi. 

Sometimes as I am recruiting, I am submitting the same person to multiple jobs. Some of those jobs I keep on "hold" as a means of creating a tearsheet of potential candidates, and others are active jobs. Could we add the option to submit the same person for multiple jobs and/or the option of creating a tearsheet of candidates in a particular category?

    Hi Erin,

    We are planning to add tags to Jobscore. (we're up the air on whether we call them tags or folders and a few other things)
