Create referral reward option to pay reward after 6 months

My company pays out referral bonuses at 6 months.  Can you please add another option on the drop-down menu, either 6 months or even better a free text box.

This is the section in the job overview - referral bonus - then the drop-down of when its paid.

    Please do!  I have a similar issue as our company operates on a 120 day requirement.

    Heidi - they recently added a 4 month pay out.  :)
