I would like to require that candidates submit a resume AND cover letter for all jobs. Currently, there is only a requirement for the resume, and an optional "add your cover letter" field...can we have the option to require a cover letter as well? As it stands, it's a nice filter for people that don't know you're always supposed to have a cover letter, but that just means more applications for me to decline when they don't :)
Would you like this to be an account-wide setting, or would anticipate that it be job-by-job? We've been considering adding the ability to customize the job application process as a premium feature for a while now... is making cover letter required the only thing you need?
It would be great to add the feature that allows you to require a cover letter job-by-job.
"Cover Letter" customizable instruction area - Not only would I like to require a cover letter, I'd like to be able to add a job-customized request for that cover letter. For example: "Tell us why you are interested in LiveRamp specifically. Include a portfolio link and/or your open source community links. Include a code sample or work snapshots"
I'd like to request transcripts since we do a lot of college hiring... seems like an easy thing to do both cover letters and transcripts

Hi Alejandra, good point. The way we'd likely do this would be to include the ability to request custom attachments. Interestingly, I don't think there's a separate request for this in the forums. Perhaps you'd like to create one?
