Don't notify the candidate when I purchase their resume using credits

Hi JobScore, 

I would like it if I could purchase a resume using credits without sending a message to the candidate.  I think this would help to manage candidate expectations on the front end, especially since we're purchasing resumes based on limited information.

    According to our privacy policy we notify candidates when you access their personally identifiable information.
