Would like to be able to assign a candidate to a job that is closed

Some people send in their  resumes w/o a specific job or they send it in after the job has been filled or closed. I want to be able to add them as a candidate to a specific job whether or not it's open. AS it stands now, I have to reopen the job, add the candidate and then close the job again. Sheesh!

    Hi Beth,

    Thanks for your note.  Things in JobScore are actually set up the way they are deliberately.  Could you please let us know why you want to add candidates to jobs that have already been closed?  We've been around for a while and you are the first person to ask for this.

    Hey Beth, since we've added tags most people are creating non-job classification systems for candidates and it seems to be working much better.
