Besides job orders where you need to develop comprehensive requirements - recommend a "Candidate Folder Feature." Where you can create a folder as simple your "Network Engineer Folder" or can get more specific to "Exchange Engineer", "Sharepoint Architect", etc...
It would be more efficient to go right into a folder searching for Network Engineers versus having to type a search string to include "Cisco" and other network technologies. Type in "Cisco" and you will probably turn up helpdesk people.
