Could you add a scoring requirement based on the security clearance they provided. Using Keywords to develop the scoring criteria does not work so much and degrades the scoring system with more keywords with the same high score requirement. We would like an option to pull down what level of security clearance is required and how important this is to the job. Usually its the high the clearance the more important it becomes. Karen Morris Could we also have the option of making the security clearance field mandatory? Not all candidates fill that out when they create their profile, and in addition to aiding the scoring process, it would be an easy way to "weed out" those who don't qualify right off the bat.

Adding it to scoring - an interesting idea. We aren't actively working on our scoring stuff, but this idea is now captured. I totally understand how f you NEED security clearance, you just need it. Seems like it might even make more sense as a FILTER than as a scoring attribute?
Karen - the ability to make the security clearance questions required has been captured as part of our custom questions / job application customization enhancement.

Dan Arkind Hey John - we've completed the ability to allow you to make security clearance required, but haven't added filtering based on candidate answers yet. Internally we are referring to that feature as "answer logic" and it is planned, but not on the development schedule yet. Ping us if you'd like to have input into that enhancement please
