Many of the interviewers in our company prefer to interact with JobScore via email, both by
examining candidate details and resume before an interview, and
submitting feedback after an interview by responding
Doing these through email is faster, easier on mobile devices (for out-of-office interviews) and doesn't require an extra log in. Right now, we have a member of our recruiting team forward the candidate details to each interview several hours beforehand. She's pretty overloaded, though, and doing something like this automatically would save her a headache, and would give the rest of us some peace of mind, since we can count on getting this crucial email beforehand every time.
