Add a Note to a Job

In the same way that I can add a Note to a candidate, I'd like to be able to add a Note associated with a specific job.  It would be helpful to have a place to keep information that does not belong on the job description but is important for me to remember.  It would also be nice to have a Private Note feature if I need to remember sensitive information about a certain job.
