We schedule a lot of interviews. Like, lots. In fact, we schedule the same interview for the same position over and over again. Currently I'm keeping some information outside of JobScore and it would be cool if you could help me out.
For my job we have a formal process where we bring people in for an onsite with 3 separate interviews, each of which have a theme. Let's call them Pursuasiveness, Detail Orientation and Technical Saavy.
We've gone ahead and created note templates for these different interviews and you make setting these up easy - awesome.
Here's where I'd like your help:
we currently keep a spreadsheet of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice person to conduct each interview. When I go to schedule I have to enter these people into JobScore over and over again whenever I need to set up this onsite.
It would be great if I could create an interview "template" that stored choice 1, 2, 3 for each interview and then just popped the whole thing up at once. i'd get everyone's free/busy and then could just delete the options I didn't need.
This would be a nice time saver and make it so I don't have to dig for a spreadsheet to schedule interviews and do repetitive data entry.
