I currently review and process most of my JobScore candidates by email. I receive individual email alerts and route them into email folders so they don't clutter up my inbox.
If I'm not connected (like when on an airplane) I review the candidates and want to deal with them, but there is no way for me to do this asynchronously.
I really like your email commands feature where I can just hit reply to these alerts and it "talks to jobscore" and does stuff for me. A few tweaks here would make this really killer:
- I'd like to be able to change the candidate's status in my reply, typing /status schedule screening would be awesome
- I'd like to be able to kick off an "auto-send" email template this way as well, effectively both changing the status and sending a message to the candidate through JobScore (so everything is tracked correctly), typing /email and the name of the template (standard decline, schedule phone screen) would be great.
